Jiangxi GENATA Technology Co., Ltd. (registered address: 1st to 2nd floors, Building 3, 5G Intelligent Industrial Park, Quannan County Industrial Park, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province), hereinafter referred to as "GENATA", "GENATA Technology" or "we", is the operator of the GENATA Yunweiling OS APP.
1、 General Provisions
1.1 This agreement is a privacy agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and Jiangxi GENATA Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GENATA Company") regarding the use of all equipment related services provided by GENATA Company. GENATA Company attaches great importance to the protection of users' privacy. This privacy agreement aims to explain how GENATA Company collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information during your use of all our devices. By using equipment from GENATA Company, you agree to the contents of this privacy agreement.
2、 Collection of Personal Information
2.1 Equipment registration information
2.1.1 When you first use the equipment of GENATA Company, you may need to make some initial settings. During this process, we may collect your name, contact information (such as phone number, email, etc.), and the serial number of the device for registration, activation, and after-sales service related contacts.
2.2 Equipment usage data
2.2.1 During the normal operation of the device, we will collect some data related to device usage, such as the device's operating status, connected network information, device usage frequency, etc. These data help us analyze the performance of our devices in order to provide you with better software updates and technical support, while optimizing our products and services.
2.2.2 Some devices may have positioning functions, and when you use these functions, we will collect the location information of the devices. But we will only use the location information with your explicit authorization and strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding the protection of location information.
2.3 Application information acquisition: cutting board

8、 Protection of Minors' Information
GENATA Company's equipment and services are mainly aimed at adults. If we discover that the personal information we collect involves minors, we will take additional measures to ensure that this information is properly protected and processed in compliance with laws and regulations. If a minor provides us with personal information without the consent of their guardian, the guardian can contact us through the official customer service channel of GENATA Company and request us to delete the relevant information.
9、 Changes to Privacy Agreement
GENATA Company has the right to modify this privacy agreement in a timely manner based on updates to laws and regulations, business development, and other factors. The revised privacy agreement will be published on the official website of GENATA Company or in the update prompts related to the device. If you continue to use the device after the revised privacy agreement is published, it means that you accept the revised privacy agreement.
10、 Application of Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 By providing facilities and/or services through GENATA Company, you agree that the implementation and/or provision of such services shall be subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China, and you agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China.
10.2 If any disputes or controversies arise between you and GENATA Company, they should first be resolved through friendly negotiations; If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, where this agreement is signed.
10.3 The headings of all clauses in this agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not have any actual meaning in themselves, and cannot serve as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.

11.1 If you have any comments or suggestions regarding this agreement or service, you can contact GENATA Company, and the company will provide you with necessary assistance.

Appendix: Operation Permission Requirements for APP Products in Cloud Services
